Blueberry Mojito Mocktail

“A refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink that could help calm inflammation and boost immunity.”
Ingredients:
20 blueberries, fresh or thawed
½ lime, chopped
8-10 mint leaves
1 teaspoon monkfruit sweetener (or you can use honey or simple syrup)
Soda water or lime sparkling water
Optional garnish: blueberries, mint, and lime
Instructions:
Add the blueberries to your glass and crush with a muddler.
Add the lime and monkfruit and then muddle again.
Add the mint leaves to the glass.
Fill the glass with ice and then top with soda water. Gently stir, garnish, and enjoy!
