Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup assorted frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup baby spinach

  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1 Tablespoon old fashioned oats

  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder

  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds


    Instructions:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and combine for 30 seconds or until you get a smooth consistency.
